Syllabus:  
This course equips the student with greater knowledge about the world of the Bible. It provides an introduction to the political and physical setting of the period in Israel’s history and sketches the basic structure of its social world. This textbook sheds light on the daily life of the people of that time period, their customs from period to period and it allows the students to see the ancient world of Israel as never before.
